  Good parking space and attentive service. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable, with a nice and free indoor pool (being december we didn't tried the outside one) specially for kids. Good and free parking space. About 10 minutes from the city center.

  The breakfast is good but for the price a bit expensive (although this is the norm in spanish hotels, where one pays around 10 euros for breakfast per person)

  This is my 3rd stay at this clean welcoming hotel, love it! Friendly and helpful staff, good food, relaxing lounge bar. The pool area is very clean and inviting, there is always a lifeguard on duty from when the pool opens. Bedrooms could do with updating, however, very clean.

  Lovely hotel. Parking right out front. Full disabled access. Lovely setting and easy access to the city centre via bike paths. Nice pool although it didnt open until 11.30. Indoor pool was closed for renovation. Restaurant was closed and no one told us - staff told us to wait outside promptly for when it opened as booking was not required. Also some staff need to get some customer service training - shame because its a great city.

  Great employees, full of good advice about things to do. Rooms are a bit dark but nice. Inside swimming pool and gym are great.

  Lovely hotel in Jerez. Location and facilities are excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious with huge bathrooms. Pool is clean and warm and lifeguarded. Staff are incredibly friendly. Already looking to back for longer next year.
